Love the Muse

The River & The Soul (Jan 2012) “Love the Muse”

Mother, hear me Mother
This ain’t what the ancients taught me
This is ignorance

Patterns, sickly patterns
cutting down connections
sealing wonders in a vault

She was dancing in Sahasrara
and I felt her eyes and new forms through mine
and everything was bathed in violet
I glimpsed the divine

They were the color of our eyes, a proof of God,
but the voices stain the wind and pull us away from Love
I wanna see her face once again
Won’t you wipe away my tears again, muses ostracized?

How I miss ‘em!
I miss the way you know they’ve been around
Let them change you
Let their healing touch enrapture your soul

Muses, feed my music
guide me through the path of secrets
would you be so kind as to just take me to your realm?
I just want to be connected with the One and
feel that the current flows through my self.
Now I, an insignificant heron,
I wont fly, I will be here.
I will stand in the river
and I will beat this masquerade of liers and diseases

They were the color of our eyes, a proof of God,
but the voices stain the wind and pull us away from Love
I wanna see her face once again
Won’t you wipe away my tears again, muses ostracized?

How I miss ‘em!
I miss the way you know they’ve been around
Oh I need them!
Let’s rebuild our pact before it’s done

I won’t feed this endless hunger, you shallow!

Breathing in a healing light
bathed in all the colors
Inspirated. I was blind.

You were the color of our eyes,
Won’t you take me to your realm?
